In a Telegraph exclusive, it has been reported that The Rt Hon David Davis, Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union (Brexit Minister) uses a special briefcase fitted with a Faraday cage to protect Brexit documents and his electronic equipment.
A Faraday cage is an enclosure used to block all wireless signals, whether that is cellular, GPS, WiFi, RFID and Bluetooth, making documents and electronic equipment undetectable and untraceable, but most importantly, unable to be hacked.
The Faraday cage is named after English scientist Michael Faraday, who invented a shield to block electromagnetic fields in 1836.
